We offer 4 day reservations. We recommend you book your order to arrive 1-2 days prior to your event to ensure you have plenty of time to get the perfect look. Think of it this way: Day 1 - Receive your dress and try it on Day 2 - Accessorize and find the right shoes for the dress Day 3 - Wear at your event Day 4 - Return your rental at your nearest FedEx location by 12pm

You can book a reservation up to 4 months in advance, and schedule your order to arrive 1-2 days before your event. THE DEADLINE TO BOOK THE PROM RENTAL PHOTOSHOOT IS MARCH 1, 2021. Next day delivery can be accomcdated with additional express shipping fee. Contact us with any shipping concerns.

Your order will ship 1-2 days before your rental begin date. Once it's shipped, you can track your order in real-time. If you did not have an in-store consultation, be sure to try on everything the moment your order arrives. Please be sure to famaliariza yourseld with the sizing chart, as to select appropriate sizing.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. It can only be cancelled. The $200 deposit is non-refundable, non-tranferrable The orfer must be cancelled within 7 business days of your provided event date, or you will be charged the full rental price.
